Conclusion:

I really enjoyed putting this post together. Is some light bulb went off over the top of your head and you got some new ideas about how healthy coffee truly is, I did my job.

WARNING: virtually all the research and studies have been done on the health benefits of coffee are based on the assumption people were drinking coffee daily on a moderate basis. The most frequently definition of “moderate consumption. That I’ve seen referred to is about 4 cups per day. I don’t think the same benefits would hold true if you’re drinking four pots per day . Don’t do it.

Also, most of the health benefits coffee are preventative in nature. I think it would be unreasonable to assume that once you’re diagnosed with a particular disease drinking a whole lot of coffee will cure it.

I view the health benefits of coffee along the lines of every little bit helps.

Wishing you the best in your coffee endeavors.
